Inclusions & Itinerary
Jawai Safaris offers the following facilities with every Off-Road Training booking:
- Transfer to Jawai Hills in a customized 4x4 vehicle.
- Basic off-road driving and safety briefing.
- Hands-on driving experience on rugged trails.
- Training on hill climbs, descents, and rocky terrain.
- Guidance from an experienced off-road instructor.
- Refreshments and drinking water during the activity.
- Photography opportunities at scenic viewpoints.
- Maximum 4 participants allowed per vehicle.
Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
Follow all instructions provided by the guide or instructor during the activity.
Comfortable clothing, sports shoes, and sun protection are recommended.
Consumption of alcohol or intoxicating substances before the activity is strictly prohibited.
Participants must follow all safety guidelines throughout the experience.
- Advance booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
- Full payment or the required advance amount must be completed to confirm the booking.
- Booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp after successful payment.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional services requested during the activity may incur extra charges.
- Guests must provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the activity date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity.
- No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
- In case of cancellation due to extreme weather or operational reasons, guests may choose a full refund or reschedule their booking.
